Commande validée sans avoir été livrée par le chauffeur : le restaurant n'a pas réfléchi et a relancé ma commande et ma livraison.

Cette commande fut très particulière. Le premier livreur a prétendument eu un accident en vélo et la commande était mouillée et endommagée. Puis indiquée comme livrée et soit-disant ce livreur Uber Eats Direct prénommé Hugo D. aurait prévenu la boutique Sushi Shop de refaire ma commande. En fait il n'en fût rien. Laura en boutique a été extraordinaire !! Elle a demandé de refaire ma commande en cuisine et y a ajouté des suppléments gratuits. Cette fois ci livrée par Stuart rapidement : tout s'est bien passé ! Au final je suis très satisfait :-)

Toujours parfait! Le shop vous appelle même s'il y a 5 minutes de retard, ce qui peut arriver avec les livreurs! Je conseille ! Mention spéciale aux aburi Roll!

Le Sushi Shop des Chartrons à Bordeaux est le plus accueillant que je connaisse ! C'est un plaisir d'y aller car la qualité, l'accueil sont toujours au rendez-vous ! Je suis une habituée depuis presque 3 ans et j'y vais 1 à 2 fois par semaine.

J'ai testé la signature box avec leurs création perso, c'était original et bien présenté mais niveau gout je n'en ai pas réellement aimé un seul.
J'ai aussi testé les california french touch au foi gras, ils étaient pas mauvais mais concrètement le foi gras n'était pas terrible et l'ensemble était un peu écœurant, la non plus je ne reprendrai pas.
Ayant pris à emporter je n'ai pas fait attention à l'ambiance dans le restaurant.
