The Midinettes, Charline and Sophie settled near the bassins in Bordeaux, with one objective: you'll delight. Not looking for a traditional restaurant, the Midinettes are not, it is a concept mounted on four wheels with an engine on the front and enough space in its trailer to cook and serve the hungry.
