Burgers revisited by chefs Christophe Girardot, Pascal Nibaudeau and Fabrice Biasiolo in a restaurant in Bordeaux.
At FrenchBugers, the burger is local, authentic and refined! Here, the burger is king and comes in unexpected flavours: Corsica and its character, spicy Basque, the Norman gourmand or the generous Savoyard. Try one of these burgers: fresh bread made by a master artisan baker, French beef and AOC cheeses, what more could you ask for? Burgers made by starred chefs? Well, it is the case! This is a first in France, great starred chefs put their creativity and talent to the service of FrenchBurgers and offer extraordinary recipes. So, Christophe Girardot of the restaurant La Guérinière in Gujan-Mestras and Pascal Nibaudeau formerly in the Pressoir d'Argent and now in Pinasse Café, Cap-Ferret, offered two incredible recipes: the Made in the Southwest and the Côté Océan. The operation continues, so do not hesitate to taste burgers of the starred chefs with drink and dessert. And the Wine in Tube, do you know it? Find the equivalent of a glass of wine, obviously a grand cru, in a tube: ideal to accompany your burger, on site or take-away. FrenchBurgers offers you a real concept of French burger: a unique experience in a very pleasant setting.
