Charles and Thomas, two friends, took up the challenge of opening the first salad bar in Bordeaux, first in Bouscat before moving to the city centre. Their values: quality, proximity to the customer, 100% home-made and zero waste. At lunchtime, they offer salad menus (one base, 3, 5 or 7 toppings, plus dessert and drink). In addition to the salad menus, you can have a toasted sandwich, a hot dish or the Mordu which adds to the salad menu a salty delight of the day, always inspired by the market and the season.
