Offers the best homemade sandwiches and toasted bread in town
They are beautiful, good, hearty, soft, crunchy and, it seems, the best sandwiches in town, homemade just like the salads. The proof is in the line that grows longer every lunchtime. The toasted bread comes from the Perrin bakery on rue Fondaudège, which makes breads of the moment on demand. There are five recipes to choose from: meat or smoked salmon and vegetables; the Chips Tchanquées are produced in the region.
