CHEZ MÉMÉ.COM
Traditional French cuisine in a Bordeaux restaurant offering braised pork filet mignon or lamb sweetbreads.
"Eat, therefore, you don't know who will eat you", this is the motto of this young canteen dedicated to the flavours of yesteryear. Here, we like good traditional French cuisine, with a touch of modernity in the decor. Farm poultry, purebred meats, wild fish, seasonal fruits and vegetables... The dishes are generous and authentic, such as pork filet mignon, braised lamb rice or caramelized black pig ribs. An additional treat, all the dishes can be garnished with a slice of fresh fried foie gras. For dessert, you have to decide between several sweet pleasures, including apple tatin or vanilla cream éclair!
Chez Mémé, it is like home. The proof, every Sunday, the roasted farm chicken is the honour. Served with its shot potatoes, it can be shared with family or friends!
