LE QUATRIÈME MUR
Restaurant, brasserie and table d'hôtes in Bordeaux offering beef chuck or black pork belly from Bigorre.
Beautiful plates, taste and love, you are in the Fourth Wall, at Mr. Philippe Etchebest who revisit here the brewery. The doors of this famous chic brasserie, located in the heart of Bordeaux, have been pushed into the Opera House. Columns, dorms, large chandeliers, the place is splendid, the plates are greedy: on entry, raviole and its creamy sauce, mushrooms, mushrooms of foie gras, is a nice walk in the Landes forest. Black Angus beef paleron, white asparagus, green apples and black pork chest of Bigorre sauce windy to the mustard of violet is an enchantment. As for desserts, they remain light, such as hazelnut Prone Almond mousse, creamy and passion sauce. The chef also created a guest table rewarded with a star at the Michelin 2018 Guide. The chef and his brigade welcome maximum 12 guests within the kitchens around a gastronomic menu discovered in 7 services provided by the cooks themselves. Recommended reservation at La Brasserie and mandatory at the Guest Table.
