Slipped into an old trading cellar, the Confidential has a stamp! It seduces with its stone walls and a chic bistro decoration. Chef Vincent Laignel offers a bistronomic cuisine and invites us to discover refined dishes, filled with flavours, originality and passion. Everything is made with fresh products and very often from the region. To begin with, the perfect egg with mushroom sauce and parsnip mousseline, then the 7-hour lamb mouse, strong Tonka bean juice, mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent! Excellent! To conclude, it is classic, but effective with a lost brioche, salted butter caramel. On Sundays, the sweet and salty brunch at will is hearty and gourmet.
