Market cuisine and vegan option according to the seasons in a restaurant of chef Vincent Laignel in Bordeaux.

Slipped into an old trading cellar, the Confidential has a stamp! It seduces with its stone walls and a chic bistro decoration. Chef Vincent Laignel offers a bistronomic cuisine and invites us to discover refined dishes, filled with flavours, originality and passion. Everything is made with fresh products and very often from the region. To begin with, the perfect egg with mushroom sauce and parsnip mousseline, then the 7-hour lamb mouse, strong Tonka bean juice, mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent! Excellent! To conclude, it is classic, but effective with a lost brioche, salted butter caramel. On Sundays, the sweet and salty brunch at will is hearty and gourmet.

Niveau rapport qualité/prix au top, nous avons passé un excellent moment, et nous avons très bien mangé. Seul bemol, il y avait un "concert" pendant que l'on mangeait, pas si dérangeant que ça cependant le son était un peu fort et on avait du mal à s'entendre. Le personnel était très agréable, service au top ! On reviendra sans hésiter :-)

Ce "petit" restaurant est une jolie adresse: on entre dans une grande salle avec des puits de lumières le cadre est agréabl3. Le personnel est super accueillant et la cuisine originale et savoureuse.
