Echo is located on the pretty Saint Peter's square, and is both a wine bar and a restaurant. In this dining cellar, one is quickly seduced by the charm of the place and the recipes. The menu presents beautiful flavors and shows a great know-how: brioche roasted octopus and bear garlic mayonnaise, farmhouse guinea fowl and braised endives... The products are carefully selected to create original and gourmet combinations. To drink, a beautiful selection of delicious and original wines, organic or biodynamic.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mais on m'en a tellement dit du bien et du bon que je m'attendais tout à un peu mieux gustativement, donc tarifs à mon sens un peu élevés in fine...
Pour autant, je recommande et on y passe un bon moment (attention : capacité de la salle assez réduite pouvant donc accueillir peu de couverts si vous venez nombreux).
