Cuisine based on seasonal and local products in a bistronomic restaurant in Bordeaux.
In this bistronomic restaurant, everything is local and seasonal with a regularly changing menu. On the day of our visit, the chef had prepared a ravioli of langoustines, bisque, kale, mushrooms and hazelnuts as a starter, a grey sea bream, beetroot, fennel, bulgur and juniper berry as a main course and finally a nice selection of ripened cheeses from the excellent Deruelle cheese dairy. Local products are mixed with exotic flavours. The plates are very pretty and colourful, with each time, emulsions or gourmet sauces and just the right seasonings. The decoration is pleasant and the long benches are conducive to relaxation and meals with friends.
