Opening a restaurant where it would be great to enjoy 100% home-cooked, healthy, quality market cuisine has always been Adrien's dream. Thus, he opened La Folie Rouge. While the à la carte menu and the daily menu follow the rhythm of the seasons, we always hope to see the delicious entrecote steak. The service is fast and the plates are gourmet. The little surprise for the weekends: his hidden bar (which can be privatized) set up in a vaulted stone cellar. Background music, pintxos and cocktails!
