Papy may no longer be with us today, but he lives on through the cooking of his grandson, who has opened this restaurant in tribute to this former chef. Bistronomic-inspired plates sit alongside the grandfather's old-fashioned recipes, taken directly from his cookbooks. The specialty? The famous blanquette de veau! Everything here comes from the heart, and you can feel it in the simple, warm welcome, the straightforward, well-crafted flavors, and the raw, authentic decor. Chez Papy, you can also enjoy an aperitif over a plank of bread and a glass of wine!
