In the shade of the trees of this historic square, the Terrasse Saint-Pierre attracts tourists looking for a taste of the South-West, from midday to midnight without interruption! On the menu: Spanish-style squid cassolette, Pyrenean pork chop with morel mushrooms, cabécou salad... For dessert, try profiteroles of vanilla canelés or tarte tatin with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The wine list features nearly 200 references, and a few rare spirits will appeal to specialists.
