Creative cuisine and a surprise menu according to the inspiration of the moment in a restaurant in Bordeaux.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the Saint-Pierre district, this establishment combines inventiveness and surprises. The managers Pierrick Célibert and his wife Karine, sommelier, create a real exchange with those who cross the threshold of C 'Yusha (C like Celibert and Yusha for the contraction of their daughters'names). The map is short and creative and the gourmet recipes reflect the dishes offered in the Cyusha menu: small peas in the garden, rabbit rillet at the pill, vegetable soil in the cocoa grove and lard of the Aldudes valley in entry, poultry of Etauliers to bear garlic, potatoes on the island of Ré and green asparagus in flat and strawberry, agasy, sorbet strawberries of the woods, Pineau Pineau of Charentes in dessert. A whole poem to savor… The C 'Yusha also offers a surprise menu of six services: creations according to the inspiration of the moment. The frame, between blonde stones, artist and wood paintings, is soothing. A high-quality address worth a visit.
