Hugo Lederer in the kitchen and his wife, Vanina invites us to a refined, original and controlled cuisine. The Café du Théâtre (LE) offers a beautiful terrace, but above all an elegant and contemporary interior at a time. Large slate on the red walls offer us the map, alongside the superb paintings and pictures. Large black leather chairs and benches surround the white tables where the dishes are covered. Professional and beautiful card, we are filled, hardly arrived. At noon, for example, it offers a combination of cold soups and duck chops to plancha served with a thin ice cream puree. On the map, the restaurant offers refined entries: mullet in légumes of vegetables, velvety fresh fresh peas, dishes, real creations of the chef like the roasted whole pigeon, young vegetables cooked to steam or the Saint James in black crust, prepared lenses.
