Le Chapon fin is one of the first gastronomic and starred restaurants in history: three stars obtained in 1933! This establishment is also one of the oldest restaurants in Bordeaux since it was created in 1825, almost 200 years ago. The most chic and prominent guests have been seated at the tables of this restaurant, including Toulouse-Lautrec, Sacha Guitry and Sarah Bernhardt. Its superb rocky decor and refined cuisine are worth a visit, especially since the restaurant has been renovated and now offers its customers the Petit Salon, a discreet room that takes place in a 15th century cellar and can accommodate up to 15 people.

dans ce cadre mythique on est un peu déçu de l absence de nappe. Le restaurant fait plutôt bistrot que gastro Plats succulents ris de veau exceptionnel Par contre les desserts ne sont pas en rapport

J’aime beaucoup ce restaurant. En revanche je trouve que le menu de déjeuner a 68€ est un peu chiche pour ce prix. Qualité au rendez vous mais un effort à faire pour les quantités.
