Le Chapon fin is one of the first gastronomic and starred restaurants in history: three stars obtained in 1933! This establishment is also one of the oldest restaurants in Bordeaux since it was created in 1825, almost 200 years ago. The most chic and prominent guests have been seated at the tables of this restaurant, including Toulouse-Lautrec, Sacha Guitry and Sarah Bernhardt. Its superb rocky decor and refined cuisine are worth a visit, especially since the restaurant has been renovated and now offers its customers the Petit Salon, a discreet room that takes place in a 15th century cellar and can accommodate up to 15 people.

Rien à dire sauf peut-être les prix des vins au verre dommage de ne proposer que des vins à 35€ le verre. Étant seul à boire il était plus intéressant de prendre une demi bouteille voir une bouteille, pour une seul personne cela fait beaucoup.
Un vins au verre ne devrait pas dépasser les 20€.
Enfin ceci est un détaille.
Nous avons passés un superbe moment avec ma femme et ma fille.
Je recommande vivement le chapon fin.
