3-star restaurant since 1933 in Bordeaux offering a discreet room in a 15th century cellar.

Le Chapon fin is one of the first gastronomic and starred restaurants in history: three stars obtained in 1933! This establishment is also one of the oldest restaurants in Bordeaux since it was created in 1825, almost 200 years ago. The most chic and prominent guests have been seated at the tables of this restaurant, including Toulouse-Lautrec, Sacha Guitry and Sarah Bernhardt. Its superb rocky decor and refined cuisine are worth a visit, especially since the restaurant has been renovated and now offers its customers the Petit Salon, a discreet room that takes place in a 15th century cellar and can accommodate up to 15 people.

I have gone for more than 20 years! from time to time for special occasions. I gone back at the end of the year 2011 and it must be said, they are completely also sumptuous only there are 10 or 15 years behind and frankly you will not be disappointed. The last time, I took the tasting menu €90 and it is a total delight! the decorated 6 wines by the glass throughout the meal for what is served. The setting is always sumptuous but do not wanting say because the surprise must be total for those that never went! It is surprising and incredible in a similar decor in the city centre of Bordeaux! That is impeccable and one of the best tables in Bordeaux undoubtedly. The price of this restaurant is largely motivated.
