The frame is ideal for a two-way dinner in this house on stilts, opposite the stock exchange. The Boom is a restaurant with large windows with a breathtaking view over the Garonne. Glass, wood, zinc, transparency… The garden plunges you into a Zen and chic atmosphere, the river is entirely part of the decor, one imagines on board a barge. The map combines the products of our land and the tastes of the Atlantic (oysters, Aquitaine, etc.) with a menu of wines offering a panorama of the best wine-growing regions. This map evolves over the seasons and encounters, you will surely not sip the same wine from one visit to another. L'endroit paraît insolite, la vue y est superbe le soir. Malgré cela le repas n'était pas bon avec notamment des aliments pas cuits du tout...La salle n'a pas de charme, et c'est trop cher pour la qualité du repas.

Nous avons ete a L'estaquade pour prendre un verre en terrasse et profiter de la vue exceptionnelle de la Place de la Bourse et du couche de soleil. Le restaurant etait plein, mais nous etions les seuls sur la terrasse. Le personnel etait tres sympathique et de bon conseil pour le choix de mon vin. Moment magique de notre sejour a Borbeaux.

Even if the dishes served dropped in quantity and quality in recent years, the setting is exceptional. It is anyway relatively expensive for served products, especially for desserts.
