Starred restaurant with an interior courtyard in Bordeaux of the chef Thomas Morel hosting group meals.
The modern decoration offers a delightfully muffled atmosphere, very refined in its choice of white colors and delicate lighting. Large white curtains line the walls and add an incomparable intimacy to the place. The Michelin-starred restaurant offers refined dishes, beautifully presented on the plate: sturgeon cake as a starter. Fillet of duckling, onions "barigoule" style for the main course. For dessert: French toast, Madagascar vanilla cream, Timut pepper and strawberries.

Dessert exceptionnel, bleufant.
Pour 4 personnes, nous avons choisi le menu découverte et nous sommes enchantés par la présentation, les saveurs, les parfums, vraiment une grande et très belle expérience gustative sur fond de musique douce de piano sur la terrasse verdoyante et calme.
Le Pavillon des Boulevards mérite bien son étoile (qualité culinaire, cadre raffiné, romantique, calme, équipe bienveillante).
Nous reviendrons pour le choix à la carte et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce magnifique restaurant.
