The Michelin-starred restaurant offers refined dishes, beautifully presented on the plate: sturgeon cake as a starter. Fillet of duckling, onions "barigoule" style for the main course. For dessert: French toast, Madagascar vanilla cream, Timut pepper and strawberries.
