LE BROCÉLIANDE
Regional cuisine in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering foie gras terrine, entrecote, wines of the month.
Contrary to what its name suggests, Brocéliande is a favourite part of our region's cuisine. At Patrick and Sylviane Foulon's, we savour a delicious terrine of duck foie gras flavoured with sauternes, a rib steak with oyster mushrooms in a wine merchant sauce or slices of duck breast in a bigarade sauce. The food and wine pairing is perfect thanks to the wines of the month suggested by Sylviane. An undeniable advantage, Le Brocéliande is available in 50 cl bottles and everyone can take away their unused bottle! For those who like it, don't hesitate to end your meal by tasting an old Armagnac or Calvados, of which Brocéliande has a fine collection.

They also found the place dirty, the cold welcome and especially the dull dishes on the edge of freshness. The meal was nevertheless with 50,00€ per person.
pleasant surprise with the final one!
