CHEZ JEAN
Basque black pig or fish stew served in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering rooms for events.
In a pleasant setting, decorated with soft lights, fluffy benches, nice presentations on modern plates. Here we are very pleasantly surprised by the ideas proposed on the menu. The butcher's piece of beef is finely cut and its small produced potatoes delight in seeing and tasting. The Basque country's black pig and the crystallized'return from the docks'to olive oil drool. The cook has a delicious snack of fish and a grilled fish in its vegetables and coconut sauce, and the dishes are served hot. At the dessert of the café gourmand adapts to season desserts, we crack for compotée in verrine "like a tatin", caramel caramel salty butter, ice cream! The restaurant hides its game… On the floor three large rooms can accommodate the clientele, it is even possible to privatise one of them for a private or professional event.

You can trust staff to recommend the wine that will delight the meal. Bring 30€/40€ for dinner wine included. The moment is worth!
