Local cuisine revisited in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
In this charming bistro with a huge glass roof and a beautiful yellow facade, the waiters are recognizable by their shirts: chequered of course. Here you will find a rather exceptional counter kitchen. Inside, a bar made of blond wood and black marble runs along the length of the room. You can sit all around the different tables and savour the local products revisited. On the menu, a fine selection of meat (grilled blood sausage, Iberian pork steak...), fish (crispy salmon, swordfish steak...), not forgetting vegetarian dishes. Among the desserts, you can find the classics of bistro cuisine: Bordeaux chouquettes, crème brûlée... A flawless one!

A l'arrivée 5mn avant l'heure de notre réservation, une table haute sans nous l'avoir dit avant... tu parles... les précédents avait dû tous refuser la table. Soirée gâchée.
