Eating in an urban atmosphere, facing the Vortex, local and original food, prepared with a desire for non-wastage of food and eco-friendliness, only Darwin is possible. An atypical place for a memorable ambience, it is easy to make this place a rallying point at any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, fruit juice or roasted coffee on the ground in the afternoon, aperitif tapas at the beginning of evening and a dish at dinner. Suggestions of the day take place on the map, such as the burger with grilled zucchini and guacamole, but also local farmer chicken, from peasant magret to orange honey, oysters, from pie roasted to cranberries and nuts, but also a whole panel of pizzas. For all the prices and all tastes, the desserts are delicious and the service smiling, nice and pleasant. Sunday brunch is gargantuan, friendly and family-friendly. On the terrace or indoors, richly decorated with a plethora of objects to occupy the children, it is unlikely that you will spend a very good time at two, between friends or with family.

Mais je n'aime pas quand on prend son engagement écologique comme excuse pour s'autoriser faire n'importe quoi, ce qui était la cas lors de notre visite : Service au comptoir avec des queues interminables : on du attendre au moins 30. min. pour obtenir quelque chose à boire, pendant que l'équipe derrière prend son temps et jongle avec les oranges...
A 18h le bar de dehors ferme, car il est 18h, alors que le lieu est bondé et l'attente passe pour nous à 60 min. au comptoir pour obtenir une deuxième verre. Un incroyable gâchis...
Je pense que ce lieux pourrait gagner tellement d'argent qu'il pourrait se passer des subventions de la municipalité s'ils arrivaient à gérer correctement leur bar/café/resto...
