Thai chicken salad, burger, butcher's piece with homemade fries in a restaurant in Bordeaux.
The Evidence Café is all in length: on one side the bar, on the other side the bistro tables lined up under industrial style suspensions. In the background two small rooms, one of which is lit by a glass roof. Outside there is a terrace that enjoys the sun all day long. The scenery is set and it would not be complete if we forgot the welcome and kindness of the owners, restaurateurs for many years. In the plate nothing very complicated but only quality and fresh products well presented: Thai salad with chicken as a starter, butcher's piece of the moment with homemade fries and salad and finally a pineapple tartar, coconut ice cream. There are also two à la carte salads (Nordic and Caesar) and a well-stocked burger
