LE BEFORE BORDELAIS
Tapas, goat salads, andalusian gazpachos served in a restaurant-bar with garden in Bordeaux offering karaoke, disguised evening.
Before embarking on the restaurant business, David de Araujo was part of the night world, managing El Barrio Latino à la Victoire. His love of good food led him to leave the dance floor - well, almost - to go behind the stoves, a stone's throw from the Parc Bordelais. A happiness is shared and what could be better than a few tapas or simple dishes, at more than affordable prices, to please customers who have often become regulars: hot goat cheese salad, Andalusian gazpacho, beef or salmon tartare, burger, etc. At lunch we come to eat, in the evening David invites us to his wine bar-restaurant not only to eat or have a drink but also to celebrate in a friendly and family atmosphere: karaoke, costume party, 80's music, etc. We start with an aperitif accompanied by tapas in the shaded garden, very quiet at the back of the restaurant, and we end up on the track until 2am. A local clientele has quickly adopted the place so it is preferable to book, especially in the evening.
