The chef, Nicolas Nadau, makes all his recipes with fresh, local and organic products. Among the menu, renewed every three months to follow the seasons, one of the specialities is the delicious pastilla of civet. In this trendy bistro, the room, decorated with plants (Hortus which means garden in Latin), is airy but a little noisy when there are many people.
