Fresh and seasonal products in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering fast service and a taste pleasure.
Isabelle, the chef, works in her open kitchen and when we sit down at the table just opposite she asks us if everything is all right, as if we were relatives. We can only answer her: "yes, everything is fine", because her cooking, a little bistronomic, delights all taste buds, even the most difficult ones. No menu, everything is handwritten on kraft paper, unrolled day by day. All the products are fresh, in season and everything is made by Isabelle's little hands. The day of our visit, we started with an excellent salad of octopus, cherry tomatoes, radishes, walnuts from the Lot and crumble. We continued with tasty spelt flour and vegetable ravioli, asparagus broth, roasted hazelnuts and rocket. Finally, there was a big hesitation between the copious cheese platter from Chez Beillevaire or the gourmet coffee. It was the one we liked best and no disappointment. It is a beautiful gourmet address where the staff is attentive, smiling and the service is quick without being rushed.
