Simone is more cocktail bar than restaurant. The decor on two levels is superb: 4-metre-high plant wall, enamelled metal or brass tables, cane chairs, leather or velvet banquettes. And the terrace, with its flowery decor, pretty lanterns and woven nylon chairs, is a real treat! The signature cocktails (Eugénie, Colette, Suzanne and Simone) feature flavors that have sometimes been overlooked in favor of mojitos, americano, spritz or caipirinha, but are nonetheless on the menu.
