Owner's Message
The Comptoir Christoly offers home cooking and family cooking, a memory of our childhood. The simplest dishes, with seasonal and market products, are those that take us back to our roots.
the team loves to go to the Capucins Market, a source of inspiration and a great memory of our childhood. At the time of winter, let's go back to the comforting dishes in sauce of our grandparents... Bourguignon, blanquette, pot au feu... A treat. With the summer, let's make room for seasonal fruits: in salads, roasted, in tarts, in crumbles, in clafoutis... A delight.
Why pizza, you may ask? Simply because we also have Italian origins, our family opened one of the first pizzerias in Bordeaux, so we wanted you to discover our thin-crust recipe.
