Don't think that this restaurant only serves fried eggs. Mathilde and Sébastien are, of course, famous for their breaded soft-boiled eggs, but the title is misleading, because the cuisine is much more varied in a rather bistro spirit, sometimes revisited, where everything is home-made. In the lunchtime formula, one speciality is recurrent: focaccia in a variety of ways. To accompany the dishes well concocted by the chef with fresh and seasonal products, Mathilde and Sébastien have unearthed some small nuggets of local wine.
