Library-bistro in a quiet street of Bordeaux-center for a lunch in room or in terrace in the beautiful days
Louis, passionate about literature and more particularly about poetry, has created an unusual place: a library-bistro. People come here to consult books or to borrow them, but also to have lunch, in the small room or on the terrace in fine weather. 2-3 dishes of the day are proposed, rather simple but generous, classic but copious salads. And the star dish: the beef tartar with spicy sauce. You will have understood, one does not come here for a gastronomic lunch but for a pleasant break among the books and for Louis' good mood.

Une fois attablés, le gérant a pris notre commande. Nous n’étions pas nombreux et d’entendre les bruits du micro-ondes ne sont pas un bon signe selon moi… quel dommage. Surtout pour un bœuf bourguignon et un gratin dauphinois… tout cela ne nous a pas fait bonne impression et effectivement cela s’est confirmé dans l’assiette.
C’était… bif bof :/
Mon compagnon s’est rendu aux wc (qui sont très sales !), il a pu voir que le « chef » ouvrait une barquette de taboulé provenant d’un supermarché et idem pour le jambon.
Rien n’est frais ni fait maison…. Quelle déception.
