Restaurant-brasserie with terrace in Bordeaux offering a bavette with shallots or Spanish sea bream.
For more than twenty years, this beautiful brasserie has been enthroned in the Victory and has kept its bistro atmosphere with its large zinc, its Bordeaux cement tiles and its large terrace particularly well exposed near a quiet alley. The place is strategic to drink a coffee while keeping an eye on the bustle of the square, to sit down for a quiet lunch, or to savor some oysters and a plancha of the Southwest in the evening with friends. The cuisine is classic but generous, and everything is homemade, including the bread and desserts.

Cependant, l'attente pour les plats était un peu longue à notre goût, environ 40 minutes (on a beaucoup hésité avec la cinquième étoile mais malheureusement l’attente fait baisser la note).
La cuisson de la viande était parfaitement respectée.
En ce qui concerne le dessert, les moelleux au chocolat étaient délicieux, bien que nous les ayons trouvés plus proches d'un mi-cuit que d'un moelleux.
