BRASSERIE DU MEDOC
French cuisine based on seasonal products in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering good value for money.
The charm already works from the street, the large bay windows show a chic historical brewery decor from the Médoc river. When you enter, you will not be disappointed by the style inspired by Art Deco but updated. The welcome is professional and warm, you feel pampered. As for the food service, the chef prepares a French cuisine based on seasonal products. The dishes are simple but effective. On the lunch menu in principle 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts of your choice. We opted for an egg casserole with truffle oil followed by a duck breast, crushed sweet potatoes and XL profiterole. A la carte the choice is very limited (4 dishes and 2 desserts). There's nothing to say about the value for money. It's too bad that the door is closed in the evening and at weekends.
