Ideally located in a pedestrian area of the Cours de l'Intendance, the Grand Café has a beautiful terrace, heated in winter and sunny in summer to bask in the sun while sipping a lemonade. You can also get something to eat in a modern and cosy decor. As for the cuisine, the menu is classic and complete: seafood, snails in a garlic cream casserole, sole meunière, sliced duck breast, beef tartare, Gironde profiteroles. The Grand Café is ideal for a snack as an aperitif or for a lunch on the go. It's a good address, a must when strolling through the centre, which has the advantage of being open every day and serving late.

Néanmoins, un petit bémol : certain(e)s serveurs / serveuses manquent cruellement de sens de l'accueil. Ça ne coûte rien de sourire et d'être agréable, en revanche ça change totalement l'expérience que l'on a dans un restaurant en tant que client.
