BRASSERIE L’ORLÉANS
Restaurant with heated terrace in Bordeaux suggesting leeks with vinaigrette, oysters from the basin or veal liver.
L'Orléans is a Bordeaux institution that has all the charm of the Parisian brasseries where one comes to meet after a show. The menu offers authentic, unpretentious, but tasty, copious and generous cuisine. Oysters from the Basin, snails with butter, entrecote, old-fashioned calf's liver, steak tartare, sole meunière... Home-made desserts. The cellar of L'Orléans has some fine references. For lovers, families or friends, take advantage of the covered and heated terrace.

Estuvimos para una cena de tres platos en el que precio para dos personas fue de 91 euros.
To add to the difficulty, there were a few wines from the list that were not available. The wine we settled on was brought to the table, but it was from a different year than the list had indicated. When we challenged this, the list was brought back to the table, and the typed year was crossed out and a different year was written in with a pen.
I was looking forward to the meal, had put my name on the recommendation for my friends and it was a huge disappointment. I will return to Bordeaux, as I had many other fine meals. I will not be back to this restaurant.
Pour travailler dans une aussi grande ville il s’agirait d’avoir un minimum d’amabilité !!
Cependant pour le bout de plastique, seulement les cafés nous on été offert.
