Resa pour 15 personnes faite 1 semaine avant, je rappel mercredi soir pour confirmer.
Le serveur / patron souhaite rappeler pour confirmer la resa (à nouveau !!!) SAUF qu’il tape le mauvaise numéro (nous vérifions ensemble..) du coup je n’ai AUCUN APPEL … et le mec ANNULE LA RESA !!! Alors que c’est sa faute et il ne s’excuse même pas!!!!
Nous nous retrouvons à 15 un vendredi soir 20h30 sans resa !!!
Sans compter l’agressivité du patron, sa mal politesse et sa malhonnête !!!
