Restaurant with terrace in Bordeaux offering grilled entrecote, cod back and reasonable prices.
This café-brewery is located in the heart of the Gironde capital. A privileged location on Place Pey-Berland. On the terrace, away from the cars, enjoy the view: the majestic Saint Andrew's Cathedral on the left, the Rohan Palace (the Town Hall) on the right. The brewery is in continuous operation and offers quality bistro dishes. Opt for the dish of the day, a salad (including "du café" with sheep's cheese, melon and local ham), a meat (grilled entrecote with shallots, steak of duck breast with pepper) or a fish (prawns grilled a la plancha, cod back aïoli). Here, the map is well provided with reasonable prices. The terrace, heated in winter and shaded in summer, is ideal for enjoying cocktails, ice creams and homemade pastries.

Visited with my wife for a spot of lunch on a whim as we walked around Bordeaux. Nice location on the square. We sat inside which was spacious. Staff were attentive and the menu was just enough for what we had. The charcuterie board with wine and beer. I would say typical Bordeaux prices. The staff were good at helping us especially with our fairly basic grasp of French! The food was varied and actually very tasty. Happy to recommend and altho we were there in January I could imagine it being a busy bustling place in Spring/Summer.
