Contemporary, chic and elegant decor for the gastronomic restaurant of the 5-star Le Palais Gallien hotel, which enters a new era in 2024 with the arrival of chef Oli Williamson. Having worked in some of the world's finest restaurants (in London, San Francisco, Singapore...), the Briton is developing his own cuisine by reinterpreting the classics of French gastronomy. Sensitive to the issue of food waste, he attaches particular importance to product quality, respect for the environment and producers.
