Refined restaurant in Bordeaux offering inventive cuisine and organic wines.

What a fine establishment the three Bô-Tannique partners have created... In the spacious dining room, the tables are set wide apart, allowing you to enjoy your meal in complete privacy. The menu is inventive and exotic, like the cod with sweet spices, coral lentil dahl and coconut milk foam, or the roast poultry, cabbage achard and green beans, with a full-bodied chicken sauce. Trained by the best, the chefs offer refined yet accessible cuisine, as well as a selection of biodynamic wines.

C'est toujours un bonheur de venir à ce restaurant qui ne déçoit jamais.
Une claque gustative où chaque produit dans l'assiette est sublimé. Chaque assiette est un voyage entre milles saveurs et est un paysage tant la présentation est travaillée et poétique.
La salle est jolie et cocooning et le service est toujours au top du top.
Rien à dire si ce n'est, allez y.

This was our first dining experience in Bordeaux and an unforgettable one at that. What a treat, from the view into the kitchen staff working away, to the lovely servers, to the great ambience, to the absolutely fantastic food (the egg appetizer was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had and a sensory delight, and the lamb was incredible). Make this a must on your itinerary if you’re visiting Bordeaux!

Plus qu'un restaurant : une expérience. Que cela soit le service en salle, les créations en cuisine ou encore l'atmosphère du lieu : tout était absolument parfait. Nous sommes venus mon mari et moi-même avec nos parents respectifs et avons passés un moment merveilleux.
