What a fine establishment the three Bô-Tannique partners have created... In the spacious dining room, the tables are set wide apart, allowing you to enjoy your meal in complete privacy. The menu is inventive and exotic, like the cod with sweet spices, coral lentil dahl and coconut milk foam, or the roast poultry, cabbage achard and green beans, with a full-bodied chicken sauce. Trained by the best, the chefs offer refined yet accessible cuisine, as well as a selection of biodynamic wines.

We enjoyed the lunch menu (3 courses) which was very affordable. Each dish had its own unique flavor profile but it was some of the most incredible food I’ve had in Bordeaux. Do not leave Bordeaux without visiting this restaurant!
