Restaurant offering an inventive and mastered cuisine in Bordeaux.

Located in an outlying area, Michelin-starred chef Victor Ostronzec offers inventive and masterful cuisine. Seasonal products are given pride of place in each dish, original and colourful. We recommend the formula "I cook for you" at 95 €, also available with the food and wine pairing: a six-course menu designed by the chef. For the wine, you can count on the advice of Albane, a young sommelier and room manager. For lunch, the menu is affordable and has no shortage of flavours: beef just grilled over a wood fire, fish sprinkled with seaweed butter and its creamy sauce... A unique gastronomic experience!

Très belle découverte de ce restaurant qui mérite amplement son étoile. Simplicité et complexité des plats et saveurs, avec un service irréprochable !

Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir plusieurs belles tables étoilées et nous avons adoré notre dîner en 6 temps au Solena. Restaurant 1* peu médiatisé sur Bordeaux je trouve. La qualité des plats, des cuissons, des sauces... vrmt excellent. Beaucoup de produits nobles, ce qui fait plaisir.
Jolie salle intimiste et personnel adorable! Bref nous avons passé une super soirée.

Superbe expérience. Menu à l'aveugle selon l'arrivée du jour.

Mention spéciale : amuse bouche cochon confit délicieux et le bar cresson d'Aquitaine, topinambour et coings pochés. La cuisson du poisson était sublime.

Champagne sur recommandation qui était excellent et intéressant au niveau tarif.

Service tiré à épingles sans tomber dans le guindé.
