At the beginning of 2021, after only a few weeks of opening, the gastronomic table L'Observatoire du Gabriel was awarded its first star. Chef Alexandre Baumard offers inventive and refined cuisine in an exceptional setting. Historic address of the Place de la Bourse, the Gabriel already offers an exceptional panorama of the city. The Observatory has pushed the wonder by equipping itself with a brass telescope, which makes it possible to observe the heights of Bouliac and the Pont d'Aquitaine. For a more intimate meal, a private lounge is available.
