VRAI.
More than a dinner in a restaurant, Vincent and Aurélia offer a " real" moment of sharing and exchange, where you take the time to taste with your conscience: here, cell phones are confiscated at the entrance and the only table for twelve is shared with the other guests. On the plates is a three- to five-course gastronomic mystery menu, which you discover as you sit down to eat. And it's the chef himself who comes to prepare and present his dishes, with their refined but above all authentic flavours, in the image of the establishment.
