Traditional Southwestern cuisine in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering grandmother's dishes.
Want to discover the flavors of the South-West's gastronomic heritage? Since 1968, the team has been sourcing the finest local produce to concoct simple, traditional dishes reminiscent of those served by our grandmothers. Chef Franck Audu's seasonal dishes include razor clams with caviar, cassoulet Chalossais, lamprey à la bordelaise, macaroonade with porcini mushrooms, bacon and foie gras... The fries are homemade, cooked in duck fat. As for the desserts, they take us back to our childhood memories. An institution!

Opening time and information on LA TUPINA
Open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (+ Monday lunchtime in summer). Reservations recommended. Menu €70. Dishes from €23 to €49. Children's menu: €18 (under 12). Lunch menu: €23 (excluding weekends and public holidays). Groups welcome. Terrace. Valet parking.

We went back the night after since our first night we ate amazingly good
Sont merveilleux. Petite assiette de radis, chou-fleur et grattons pour patienter. L’accueil est charmant. Service impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
