The chef works with seasonal products in revisited bistro-style dishes, prepared with care. Braised rutabaga with duck and mascarpone as a starter, two-cooked cockerel with tagine flavor as a main course, or Wellman's fluted, creamy fruit in a chocolate shell and fresh fruit... The dishes served at lunch are also tasty.
