Adrien Pinot is a talented young chef, trained alongside Yannick Alleno at Le Meurice (3 Michelin stars) and other starred and renowned chefs in the world of gastronomy. After eleven years in Paris, he opened his own restaurant in Bordeaux. The menu changes every month, inspired by the seasons. The basic products are simple, but it's the way they're set to music that makes them so original. The combinations may seem audacious, such as duck/beetroot/blackberry or pork/pulp/chickpea... And yet, what a success!
