Cosy, intimate restaurant in Bordeaux, offering semi-gastronomic cuisine using simple ingredients.
Within the luxurious Hotel Burdigala, Bordeaux's ancient Roman name, the restaurant area has been completely redesigned. The entrance is separate from that of the hotel, and the chic, contemporary dining room is both cosy and intimate. Grégory Vingadassalon's semi-gastronomic cuisine meets the high expectations of his customers. His inspiration comes from simple products and traditional recipes revisited with talent. The flavors are original and very pleasant on the palate. The menu ranges from 2 to 5 "petits plats", so everyone can compose their own menu.

Was surprised and disappointed that there was an additional EUR50 (EUR 10 per person) surcharge added because we brought and ate a birthday cake in the restaurant. This felt unnecessary since we all ordered a full course and drinks. Otherwise, it would have been good customer service for the staff to have informed us before we ate the cake in the restauant.
